Steve Cashman, MD

Otolaryngologist

Dr. Cashman is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating from Hall Senior High School, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston and earned his MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he finished his residency training in Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Cashman specializes in treating patients with allergy and sinus problems, focusing on providing high quality medical care with a personal touch. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking and playing tennis.

Jaime Turner, PA

Physician Assistant

Jaime Turner grew up in Northwest Arkansas and graduated from Rogers High School. While in high school, she worked as a CAN as part of the Tri-City Youth Apprenticeship work study program. She continued working as a CNA through college, earning her undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas in biology with a minor in psychology. She went on to Harding University for her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. Jamie was interested learning more about otolaryngology after suffering from her own ENT problems. She arranged an elective clinical rotation in otolaryngology with Dr. Cashman and knew this was where she belonged. She’s been practicing in otolaryngology with Dr. Cashman since graduating in 2014. Since then, she has received extensive additional training in head and neck procedures and diseases. Jaime enjoys teaching and been honored to teach other PAs on the state and national level. Jaime enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter and pups. She has a huge garden and many house plants and loves trail running, mountain biking, backpacking and slalom skiing.

Haley Endacott APRN-BC, AE-C

Nurse Practitioner

Haley Endacott, APRN, joined the ENT and Allergy Center team in 2013. After working in general family practice for two years, she realized she wanted to specialize. She finds it especially rewarding to treat otolaryngic allergy patients as it allows her to optimize surgical outcomes and control chronic conditions. Haley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst University in Kansas City in 2002 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University in 2011. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, a certified Otorhinolaryngology nurse by the National Certifying Board of Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurses, a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and a Certified Asthma Educator by the National Asthma Educator Certification Board.

Haley’s husband, Jason, is a Social Studies Education professor at the University of Arkansas. She’s also a proud mother to two wonderful kids named Jackson and Cooper. When she’s not working, Haley loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s hitting the trails for a run or exploring new paths on her mountain bike.
