Steve Cashman, MD
Otolaryngologist

Dr. Cashman is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating from Hall Senior High School, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Houston and earned his MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he finished his residency training in Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, and is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Cashman specializes in treating patients with allergy and sinus problems, focusing on providing high quality medical care with a personal touch. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking and playing tennis.
Jaime Turner, PA
Physician Assistant

When Jaime Turner’s own health concerns prompted visits to an ENT specialist/allergist, she was intrigued by the diverse number of diseases treated and convinced to pursue a career in this field so that she could help others. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Arkansas in 2010, she earned her Master’s in physician assistant studies from Harding University in 2014. Jaime is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She is a recipient of the ARAPA Master’s Grant and has participated in research studies focusing on the treatment of the underserved diabetic community through dietary education. Jaime joined the ENT and Allergy Center after impressing the staff during her six-week clinical rotations. She specializes in disorders of the ear and hearing loss. In her spare time, she and husband Stephen enjoy spending time outdoors with their dogs, kayaking, and hiking. Their daughter Ella, promises to be the couple’s “greatest adventure”.
Haley Endacott APRN-BC, AE-C
Nurse Practitioner

Haley Endacott’s desire to focus on individual patients and their unique allergy and asthma problems was instrumental in her decision to pursue a career in that particular field of medicine. She finds it especially rewarding to improve her patients’ quality of life through customized treatment solutions. Haley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst University in Kansas City in 2002 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University in 2011. She joined the ENT and Allergy Center in 2013 after realizing a wish to specialize. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, a Certified Asthma Educator by the National Asthma Educator Certification Board, and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She is married to Jason, a professor of Social Studies Education at the University of Arkansas, and the proud mother of two amazing boys, Jackson and Cooper.
